The Spring 2025 MemoKid Speed Math Cup was more than just a competition — it was a showcase of focus, perseverance and the power of brain training. After the last round wrapped up and the champions were celebrated, our two distinguished guest judges shared their impressions of the event and the program behind it.

International development practitioner Wallis Stanfield spoke passionately about the essential skills she saw in action: focus, patience, memory and rapid learning. In an era where information moves faster than ever, she described MemoKid’s training as “invaluable” for developing transferable soft skills that benefit students in school, future careers and everyday life. According to Stanfield, what MemoKid teaches extends far beyond math — it equips children with tools for problem-solving, adaptability and confidence.

Product management professional Inna Sakhvoruk was equally inspired. She shared how amazed she was to watch so many students solve long math problems entirely in their heads, with both speed and accuracy. For her, the most impressive part was the confidence on the students’ faces as they answered under pressure — a sign of true mastery and preparation.

Both judges agreed: MemoKid is more than an after-school enrichment program; it’s a platform for developing life-long learning habits. For parents looking to help their children thrive academically and personally, their feedback says it all.
