In this interview video, MemoKid students and parents shared their experience with the MemoKid Speed Math program and Spring 2025 tournament. The champions, each from a different age group, highlighted daily practice as key to their success. Parents explained how MemoKid has helped their children improve in school, build confidence and strengthen both creative thinking and mental math skills. From faster classroom performance to stronger independent learning habits, families described how just a few months of training have already made a lasting impact. After judging the Spring 2025 MemoKid Speed Math Cup, our guest judges—international development practitioner Wallis Stanfield and product management professional Inna Sakhvoruk—shared their reflections on the program’s impact. Stanfield emphasized the importance of focus, patience, memory and fast learning in today’s information-rich world, calling MemoKid’s training “invaluable” for developing important soft skills transferable across a wide range of careers and life paths. Sakhvoruk was equally impressed and noted how amazed she was to see so many students mentally solve math problems with confidence and speed. For parents seeking a helpful and effective after-school program, their feedback says it all. 

On April 26, 2025, we hosted our inaugural MemoKid Speed Math Cup, a fun and competitive mind sports tournament. It was a two-round competition and our Speed Math program students mentally solved one- and two-digit addition problems without using paper, pencil or calculators. The students performed exceptionally well, with some solving problems in just 0.3 seconds. Congratulations to the winners: Anand Manduul (ages 6–7), Henry Nyamgarav (ages 8–10) and Michael Tungalag (ages 11+). Our students' performance shows how our after-school mental math program helps children build focus, confidence and mental agility. 

On January 29, 2025, we officially opened the doors of MemoKid Accelerated Learning Center in Tysons Corner, Falls Church, bringing a new kind of after-school program to families in Northern Virginia. Built on years of success in international mind sports and student training in Mongolia, South Korea and Australia, MemoKid introduces a unique learning model that blends speed math, memory techniques and brain-boosting challenges to help school-age children build focus, confidence, mental agility and most importantly, a creative learning ability. We had the honor of the Mongolian Ambassador to the U.S. join us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. We are excited to serve the DMV area with programs that make learning fun, fast and effective.

We had the pleasure of welcoming a UMON TV host to our MemoKid Accelerated Learning Center of Fairfax. During the visit, we gave a tour of the classrooms, shared the vision behind MemoKid and introduced our unique after-school programs focused on speed math, memory training and mind sports. It was a great opportunity to highlight how we help school-age children build focus, confidence and creative thinking in a fun and structured environment. We are excited to continue sharing MemoKid’s mission with more families in the DMV area.
