April 26, 2025, marked an exciting milestone for MemoKid — the launch of our very first MemoKid Speed Math Cup, a lively and inspiring mind sports tournament that brought together our talented students, proud parents, and supportive instructors.
The event featured two competitive rounds designed to showcase the skills developed in the first half of our Speed Math program. Participants faced one- and two-digit addition problems, all solved mentally — no paper, pencil or calculator in sight. Every answer had to be rapidly computed in the students’ minds and the results were nothing short of remarkable. Some students achieved lightning-fast solutions in as little as 0.3 seconds per computation, leaving the audience amazed at their precision and speed.
Our champions were crowned in three age groups: Anand Manduul (ages 6–7), Henry Nyamgarav (ages 8–10) and Michael Tungalag (ages 11+). Each winner demonstrated not only exceptional mental math ability but also composure under pressure — a skill just as valuable as the calculations themselves.
Beyond the medals and applause, the competition was proof of how effective the MemoKid Speed Math program can be. In just months of training, students have strengthened their focus, built lasting confidence and sharpened mental agility that benefits every area of learning.
The First MemoKid Speed Math Cup was more than a tournament — it was a celebration of hard work, dedication and the limitless potential of young minds.
